Dish machine detergents for ADS, CMA and Jackson machines.
Aleva Chemical manufactures commercial warewash chemistry in Memphis, Tennessee and supplies it through independent restaurant and janitorial distributors. Our detergents, rinse aids and sanitizers are formulated for standard low-temperature and high-temperature commercial dish machines, including units built by American Dish Service (ADS), CMA Dishmachines and Jackson.
We make chemicals, not machines. We don't sell dish machine parts, and we're not affiliated with any equipment manufacturer.
Low temp and high temp
The machine decides the chemistry. Low-temperature machines sanitize chemically and need a chlorine sanitizer matched to the detergent. High-temperature machines sanitize with heat and need a rinse aid that sheets water off at the right temperature. Tell us the make and model on your route and we'll tell you what belongs in the rack.

Straight answers
Do you sell to restaurants directly?
We sell to distributors and high-volume buyers, direct from the manufacturer. If you run a single kitchen, call us and we'll point you to a distributor carrying Aleva near you.
Will your detergent work in my ADS, CMA or Jackson machine?
Yes. Power Kleen, Power Dri and Chlor San are all built for high and low temp machines. We'll want to know which you're running and what your water looks like — hardness matters more than the badge on the door.
Do you sell dish machine parts?
No. Chemicals only. For parts, go to the equipment manufacturer or your service company.
How do you compare to Ecolab, Auto-Chlor, Intercon, ProBlend or Star Chem?
All of them make or supply warewash chemistry, and several sell direct to operators or bundle chemicals with leased equipment. Aleva works differently: we manufacture, and independent distributors sell. We don't call on your accounts. Past that, compare on the things that actually cost you money — how the price is set and held, what the minimums are, and whether private label is included or extra.
Where are you located?
1792 Latham Street, Memphis, TN 38106. We've been serving distributors since 2006, on the back of forty years of formulation experience. Free local delivery.
